Institute for e-Health Policy
The Institute for e-Health Policy was established in 2008 within the HIMSS Foundation to provide educational and research opportunities for public and private sector stakeholders related to e-health policy public policy decisions. American Association of Nurse Anesthetists

Human Factors and Ergonomics Society

Louisiana Health Care Quality Forum

More than 200,000 people die annually in U.S. hospitals due to preventable causes making it our nation’s third-leading cause of death. RCHN Community Health Foundation

TIGER (Technology Informatics Guiding Education Reform)

Visiting Nurse Associations of America (VNAA)
The Visiting Nurse Associations of America (VNAA) is a national association that supports, promotes and advances nonprofit providers of community-based healthcare including home health, hospice and palliative care and health promotion services to ensure quality care within their communities.

A formal advisor to HHS, WEDI is the leading authority on the use of Health IT to improve healthcare information exchange in order to enhance the quality of care, improve efficiency and reduce costs of the American healthcare system.

MetaStar, Inc.
MetaStar is an independent nonprofit health care quality improvement organization with a vision of optimal health for all. MetaStar is home to the Wisconsin Health Information Technology Extension Center (WHITEC), which offers clinics and hospitals assistance with meaningful use, security risk assessments, and more.

Mid-Atlantic Telehealth Resource Center (MATRC)
The Mid-Atlantic Telehealth Resource Center (MATRC) is one of 14 federally funded Telehealth Resource Centers (TRCs) in the nation.  TRCs provide technical assistance and support to facilitate the adoption and effective utilization of telehealth as a way to support access to quality care in rural and underserved communities.  There are 9 states within the MATRC service area.

NJ-HITEC is the federally designated Regional Extension Center (REC) for New Jersey. We provide support and assistance to New Jersey's providers in the selection, implementation, and achievement of "Meaningful Use" of an EHR system. It is one of 62 RECs throughout the country established through the Health Information Technology for Economic Clinical Health (HITECH) Act of 2009 to improve American healthcare delivery and patient care through investment in Health Information Technology (Health IT).

National Indian Health Board Regional Extension Center (NIHB REC)
The National Indian Health Board Regional Extension Center (NIHB REC) was established to provide technical health IT services to assist 2,700 priority primary care providers working in Indian Health Service/Tribal/Urban Indian (I/T/U) health facilities across the U.S. reach Meaningful Use and to qualify for CMS's incentive payments. These I/T/U health facilities provide health services to approximately 2 million American Indians and Alaska Natives (AI/AN) located in 35 states across the U.S. and representing membership in 565 federally-recognized Tribes.

National Rural Health Resource Center

NCHICA (North Carolina Healthcare Information & Communications Alliance) is a nonprofit consortium of over 300 organizations representing the diverse sectors of the healthcare industry. New York eHealth Collaborative (NYeC)
The New York eHealth Collaborative (NYeC) is a not-for-profit organization, working to improve healthcare for all New Yorkers through health IT. Founded in 2006 by healthcare leaders, NYeC serves as the focal point for health IT in the State of New York. NYeC works to develop policies and standards, to assist healthcare providers in making the shift to electronic health records, and to coordinate the creation of the SHIN-NY, a network to connect healthcare providers statewide. @NYeHealth

NYC REACH is a collaboration between the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene’s Primary Care Information Project (PCIP) and the Fund for Public Health in New York. It’s mission is to provide assistance to providers in New York City with the adoption of Electronic Health Records (EHRs) to improve the health of New Yorkers. NYC REACH consists of a team of experts for all stages of EHR adoption, implementation, and use. A New York City mayoral initiative in 2005 made PCIP the largest community-based EHR program in the country.

Ohio Health Information Partnership
The Ohio Health Information Partnership and its CliniSync HIE have assisted more than 6,000 primary care physicians in the adoption of electronic health record (EHR) systems 4,619 having reached Meaningful Use, the highest of any single REC in the country. One-hundred and forty one hospitals and 3,000 physicians have contracted with the CliniSync HIE. As of Spring 2014, 49 are live with 1,500 physicians receiving results and reports.

Quality Insights of Delaware - Regional Extension Center (QIDE REC) is the federally designated Regional Extension Center (REC) for Delaware. We provide outreach, education and onsite technical assistance and support to health care providers across the First State to help them achieve meaningful use (MU) of their EHR systems. Vermont Information Technology Leaders, Inc. (VITL)
Vermont Information Technology Leaders, Inc. West Virginia Medical Institute (WVMI)
